Hello everyone! Today we have released the v.1.0.1-EA update for “Kayak;Cross Infinite Memories” nicknamed “Jolly Update”!

Jolly Update Features

v.1.0.1-EA exists to fix a bug in the game that prevented the player from properly accessing DLC characters. From this version onwards, the player can now properly scroll through the DLC list.

New Jolly Racer Drop!

The latest drop adds the first two “Web Rumors” to the game. Completing them will unlock two new characters: “Victor Victoria” (Jolly Version) and “Victoria Victor” (Jolly Version)! For the time being, racer drop racers all have neutral stats, and will retain neutral stats until they are manually coded in to later updates.

This was originally intended to be a download-less drop but due to the aforementioned bug, this will only work in version v.1.0.1-EA. It is also worth noting that you will need to keep the game up to date to access character drops.

Jolly Shop Event

Throughout the next week or so, the featured section of the shop will rotate daily to feature the colors Jolly ViVi skins at the cost of only 1 $NZD (fictional currency). Due to the update coming out so late today, there will be no rotation on the 26th.

We may even add in some special coin rumors to increase your funds!

Event End Date

The rumors to unlock “Victor Victoria” (Jolly Version) and “Victoria Victor” (Jolly Version) will likely stop being obtainable after January 15th. As long as you have seen the rumors by then you will be able to complete it at any time.

They will likely make their return next year, but can return basically whenever we feel like it.

Upcoming Events?

We are going back to focusing on Enzio-Ware, but as you may have noticed on the character select screen, a certain atmospheric scientist’s portrait is visible… That’s all I’ll say for now tho.
